Shannon leads LCDS with a passion for play-based early learning and decades of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor of Education and oversees the program's curriculum, licensing, and day-to-day excellence. Her door is always open to families — she'd love to show you the classroom in action.
Ms. Simone is our dedicated partner Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), contributing vital expertise to our educational programming. She collaborates directly with our teaching team to weave speech, language, and communication strategies seamlessly into our play-based and STEAM activities. Her goal is to ensure every child builds the confidence to find their voice and express their unique ideas.
Ms. Michell is a certificated teacher holding a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. Her classroom blends structured routines with joyful discovery, guided by the Alberta Education Kindergarten Curriculum. She believes every child's questions are the beginning of their education.
Ms. Corina is a certificated teacher holding a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. She specializes in language-rich, hands-on learning that builds kindergarten readiness through play. Families love her warmth — and the kids love her science experiments.
